If unsatisfied for any sort of reason and the item has not been opened or damaged (Exclusions include shipping*) Then under Promise* a customer may return the product to our FLORIDA WAREHOUSE within 7 Business days and receive a REFUND.

Here, our goal is to offer you the best shipping rates, and fast delivery no matter what part of the world you are in. Every week we are sending out hundreds or thousands of packages to happy customers around the world. Since most of our products are highly unique and not found in stores, it can take a long time to get them especially after an influx of orders.

As a rule of thumb, the shipping can be broken down into two parts: Processing time: order verification, checking and packaging. All orders are sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
